    Pros

Good benefits, steady hours, good vacation time, opportunities to advance depending on being in the right place at the right time.

    Cons

Some associates take on a lot larger work load than others. It's hard knowing that someone producing a lot less in terms of sales could be making a lot more money than you. To many shifts in management/operating procedures. Some managers are willing to listen to what you want but it's hard to tell if it really means anything to them. Other managers just don't care about your future opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Give more to those that produce more.

    Pros

    Advice to Management

You need a shakeup or a mass change. The company will run into the ground with your management teams.

    Pros

Ferguson is a very good place to work and the IT environment is maturing rapidly. Being a part of this change process is exciting and rewarding as Ferguson moves from family business to 21st century technology leader.

    Cons

Substantial simultaneous changes to the work environment and organization structure seems chaotic at times and uncertain at others.

I worked at Ferguson Enterprises full-time

    Pros

They seem to invest in potential career employees.

    Cons

Where to begin? Understaffed warehouse. Constantly running like mad with no end in sight. No discipline for the lazy workers. Management seems to not respect the input of their associates. Management acts like elitist snobs towards warehouse employees who do the most work, and the toughest work.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your hardest working employees like they're second rate. Pay more money.
A multi billion dollar company, but yet they don't pay their hardest workers crap and then wonder why people go elsewhere.
