    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Ferguson Enterprises full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The bosses really take an interest in your work and want you to succeed. There is a lot of turnover so decent opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

When COVID-19 hit we all went remote and then they gave the hourly workers a 15% pay cut and asked us to do more work. My work, for the most part, doubled in terms of phone calls and emails. But when we needed support there was no accountability in upper management and they let other verticals slack off while hounding us about not doing enough. The lack of support, direction, and communication during the crisis lead me to look for and accept another job.

    Pros

Decent place to work most everyone is friendly and helpful to each other.

    Cons

No cooling if you work in the warehouse. Don’t do management any favors as they will not look out for you in anyway that won’t benefit them.

  10. "Good place to work, but lots of stress."

    4.0
Current Employee - Client Service Representative

I have been working at Ferguson Enterprises full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The culture and the people are great! I enjoy spending time with my coworkers.

    Cons

The call volume is incredibly high. It makes it difficult to give enough attention to each client or follow up on sales or customer requests. The work load is large and it's very difficult to find a moment to catch up.
