    I worked at Ferrero full-time

    Pros

None to be given here. It's bad.

    Cons

Bad management, bad HR, worst morale EVER!

    Advice to Management

Reward the good people and stop encouraging the lazy do nothing managers that you allow to stay in power. You hire intimidators and/or do nothing managers. Ever hear of a leader? You don't have those, you just have nasty or lazy people while the "soldiers" are working their butts off for little or no reward. You ran off tons of good people and managers and seem to be proud of that. It's your loss and a company that everyone wanted to work for is now thought of as lousy, unfair and substandard. Mr. Ferrero is rolling over in his grave right now!

    I worked at Ferrero full-time

    Pros

Used to be a family friendly / oriented company. Quality products. Used to care if employees were treated fairly. Mr. Ferrero's death was the death of all of his values.

    Cons

Managers aren't scrutinized or reprimanded for bad management/behavior. So disorganized that no one masters or fixes issues with internal systems. HR/Management is not interested in anyone but themselves and cover up for incompetent employees.

    Advice to Management

Get out and talk to your employees and ask for, and let them know that they can, tell you the truth without repercussions.
