    Hands on learning, small class sizes, professors that actually know what they're teaching and are helpful the more questions you ask.

    Cons

    Sharing equipment, time limit on equipment when shoots last longer, not having another "branch" to learn and have more precise skills.

    - Really nice staff, energetic environment
    - Helped with my own public speaking skills
    - Got to participate in off campus events

    Cons

    - It's very chilly giving tours in the winter, not ideal for speaking with the wind muffling your voice
    - Management wasn't the strongest when needed

    - Hire students who are genuinely interested and passionate

    The Benefits are appsolutily great! Very generous time off that includes on average 2+ weeks for Christmas!

    Cons

    Salary needs to be looked at for IT related jobs.
