I worked at Ferris State University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours allowed me to create my own schedule in order to allow time for my classes and study schedule. The staff were very nice to me and were always polite. They would help me out if I had trouble with a student and would work with me if I was sick or had a last minute emergency.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the pay wasn't great, but that is expected because it was just a tutoring job. Other than that I cannot complain. It was the perfect job to have during college.

    Advice to Management

No advice to management. Keep doing what your doing. They have the right goals in mind which are quality oriented. If they keep on pursuing those then I am confident they will do great in the future.

I have been working at Ferris State University part-time

    Pros

It's a calm campus and in a small town that has really clean air, beautiful weather, and nice people. FSU is a relatively small university, but the salary rate is good.

    Cons

It's a such small town; if you would like to stay in a quiet area, then you would be fine. However, it is kind of a boring town and will require a lot of driving to go to any shopping, dining, entertainment, etc., which is an inconvenience unless you like small-town life.
