I worked at Festo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are good-clean comfortable facility- you can get a job there act like a jerk not show up often or be late and leave early often and nothing happens management is afraid of their own shadow let alone having any kind of confrontation with an employee so if you get in your pretty much in the clear for as long as you can put up with The fact that incompetent people get away with everything

    Cons

Managers are there to work seven maybe eight hours a day - don't have their employees backs-If you're hard worker it's very frustrating because all the schmoes get away with everything- HR is useless managers and supervisors are continually talking negative about them. it's hard to have any faith in HR when the people above you have none

    Advice to Management

set standards-make employees accountable-get rid of HR they are incompetent

I worked at Festo (More than a year)

    Pros

Great product offering, decent benefits, competitive compensation

    Cons

Highly political, "old boys club" mentality, unrealistic expectations, inconsistent & conflicting go-to-market strategy

    Advice to Management

More transparent & honest KPI based evaluation process, improved middle management oversight to reduce political environment & favoritism. Senior & middle management needs to accept poor decisions and take action rather than "CYA" policies. So much potential ...
