    Best web aggregation platform, niche domain/software.

    Cons

    Top heavy, chaotic. No regard for personal skills or interest to grow employees. Heavy infighting, and highly political environment.

    Dedicated professionals with great work ethics.
    Down to earth and approachable - Everyone is helpful.
    Management provides flexibility of work hours

    No growth opportunities.
    Family operated - There are certain people in the senior management who micro manage and do not have professionalism/ professional trust.

    Advice to Management

    Relook at some of the members of sr. management - if they should even be working at Fetch or who should be given a differnt position.
