Amazing Management and Leadership: Empowering and Inspiring
May 26, 2023 - Manager Business IntelligenceRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I've been working for Fetch since 2018. I've been in my role as a Manager of Business Intelligence for this company for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it's been a great experience. The company culture is fantastic - everyone is supportive, collaborative, and passionate about their work. The leadership team is also very knowledgeable and provides clear direction and guidance. As a Manager of Business Intelligence, I've been given the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and interesting projects that have allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. The company is committed to investing in its employees and providing opportunities for career advancement. Another thing that I appreciate about this company is the emphasis on work-life balance. I've never felt overworked or burnt out, and the flexible schedule allows me to take care of my personal needs without sacrificing my professional responsibilities. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling career in business intelligence. The supportive culture, challenging projects, and commitment to work-life balance make it a great place to work.
Cons
The company's rapid growth and success can sometimes lead to high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, which may require employees to put in extra effort to meet expectations. However, the company provides ample support and resources to help employees manage these challenges and maintain work-life balance.

Innovative Company with a Mission to Believe in!
May 11, 2023 - Learning and EnablementRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Fetch has an amazing mission focused on protecting pets and bringing peace of mind to our pet parents! We're all animal lovers here and, not only do we partner with a street vet dedicated to treating the pets of the unhoused, but our own cats and dogs are part of our daily conversations with each other. If you love animals, it's a great place to work! Also, we're building something great here! And everyone, no matter their role, can see how their work contributions continue to drive the overall success of the organization. As someone who is goal-oriented, it's rewarding to see how my hard work is making a real difference in Fetch's success (which also means we're helping MORE pets get and stay healthy!)
Cons
We're a small company and we're growing exponentially so there are bound to be growing pains. Sometimes we all need to put in a bit more time or effort. When you believe in our mission and recognize we're making a different in the lives of pets and pet parents, that extra bit of stretch is worth it.

Pros
Fetch provides an amazing work/life balance, along with a highly competitive salary and comparable benefits. This is a company you can take pride in working with, knowing that the product is saving lives and benefiting charitable organizations.
Cons
The only con to working at Fetch is the effect it has on your heart. There are some sad stories in the animal care world. It is just great to know that we make a difference.

Pros
I am a licensed agent stationed in a shelter and face adopters daily. Everything is great! Coming from an insurance background with other companies, I have seen many unethical, awful things. Fetch has been shown me what I’ve missed my entire career. I absolutely love it here. From day 1, every person I spoke to during the hiring process was consistent in what a typical day looks like, how you earn commission, etc. My experience has been nothing short of that. The volume of leads is incredible and it genius to be able to help new pet owners as they are adopting their new furry friend. There is never real down time. There are always solid leads to reach out to or follow up with. They are generated through the adoptions, so there’s no type of cold calling. The adoption is the soft introduction . You definitely have the opportunity to make what they say you can. The management team for the shelter channel is very knowledgeable also. They know how to treat their employees. They have thought of pretty much every scenario you can encounter and has everything organized to make your day flow smoothly. Even though I am the only agent in my shelter, I am never alone because I can connect with any other agent immediately with questions or just to read a funny story for a laugh on a tough day. You have everything you need.
Cons
Honestly none that I can think of

Fast and Furry-ous
Jan 17, 2023 - Anonymous Employee in New York, NYRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Let me start by saying this place is not for everyone... it is a small company with lots going on everywhere you turn. That has its pluses and minuses. On the positive side, most people I work with have a ton of ownership over their role, much more than friends of mine at larger companies. I actually love this. I work with really great people and everyone is really nice at the same time everyone is focused on getting things done. Lots of passionate pet people who care about taking care of customers which makes work feel good.
Cons
Continuing from the pros... on the negative side, if you don't "move the ball forward" it will be very obvious and things will be unpleasant. Sometimes there is too much to accomplish so it can feel overwhelming if you don't make sure to prioritize and communicate. With some much going on, its tough to keep track of things and sometimes it feels like the company is changing directions too much.

Too Many Changes
Dec 29, 2022 - Member Experience Associate in Philadelphia, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Ability to work from home.
Cons
Constant changes to pay/bonus structure, lack of clear communication from managers/supervisors, constantly bringing things to attention of managers/supervisors and being ignored on a regular basis, hard to communicate with supervisors if they don't answer promptly, took weeks for them to decide if we deserved a pay increase and had to do research on it first

Middle of the road product
Jan 10, 2023 - Customer Advocate in Philadelphia, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Management Cares and does all they are able to to support staff
Cons
Not alot of people so call volume is high and too much focus on QA instead of building a real conversation. The product is okay at best but most folks buy online and don't know what they are signing up for. doesn't work for everyone and even in times where its not in callers best interest to keep the product you are expected to save them. Its a business I get it but at the expense of customers and pets. Great if you're not familiar with other coverages.
