    Pros

Fiberlink is a great place to work and it's the people who make it great. They are talented and passionate about their work. Our product is solid. People work hard within a casual environment, it's fast paced and we have flexibility like an open vacation policy. We have good benefits and most important, a strong management team.

    Cons

I can't think of too many downsides. The work is challenging and we put in long hours but we get to see the impact of our work and it's a good thing rather than a downside.

    Advice to Management

The communciation between managers and employees can always improve. It's better than it's been in the past but there's always room to improve in this area.

I have been working at Fiberlink full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I've been working here for the past 5 years, and Fiberlink provides:
    1. Great work environment/culture
    2. Great commission structure
    3. several resources to assist with your day to day prospects
    4. an award winning, always evolving solution that ANY organization should be looking for security/management of smartphones and tablets.
    5. Pizza Fridays!

    Cons

Not that this is a con...but since there are major releases to the platform once every 3-4 weeks, it can take up to 6 months for a new hire to fully understand the product and sales process. As long as you are willing to work hard to understand this process, there is NO reason why you cant succeed here.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing it top notch talent to keep the product growing.

I have been working at Fiberlink full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

One of the better company cultures I have worked in, a small company culture and environment with the branding of one of the most recognizable company names in the world. My interviewing/hiring process was clean and streamlined. The sales managers have a "new age" mentality and are very skilled in effectively communicating with and helping their team members. MaaS360 is a product that is easy to understand which makes it easier to sell and make money. The teams (verticals) are very collaborative and it feels like a continuous learning environment by nature because of the experience level integration on the different teams. Free lunch Friday's every Fri is a huge bonus.

    Cons

The building houses a small private college on the ground floor which makes getting lunch at the deli inside the building near impossible to do without standing in line for 20+ minutes. My ears pop when riding the elevator to the 20th floor every day.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do things as you are, it works for us.

I have been working at Fiberlink full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The culture here at Fiberlink has been well maintained even through the acquisition with IBM, which is sometimes hard to do with any company merger. Small company feel with a big company name. Still very collaborative and team oriented, with the company as a whole having one common goal and belief in our product.

As a developer, I find that the environment is conducive to collaborative thinking and finding the best solutions and ways of dealing with issues that can come about due to our constantly changing and developing industry.

    Cons

Demands are high but work life balance is there. Must be able to quickly adapt to a constantly evolving industry.
