    Pros

Excellent salary and benefits. Free coffee and tea.

    Cons

Inconsistent and ignorant mgmt. MLTC is now on it's 3rd set of upper mgmt, all of which have no clinical background. Confusion reigns!

    Advice to Management

Take out a loan and buy a clue!

I have been working at Fidelis Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Co-workers are very friendly and you get generous amounts of PTO. They do provide yearly bonuses and raises based on performance but all this could change when Centene takes over.

    Cons

Lots of things at this company are pushed to the door as quickly as possible. Deadlines for projects are destined to fail from the start and are set without talking to the people doing the work on the project. Fidelis will also rather hire from the outside rather than promote from within. People with less development and healthcare experience tend to get a lot more money than people that stick with the company.

    Advice to Management

Work life balance seriously needs to be fixed. Certain people seem to work around the clock. Promote people within that have talent instead of overpaying for outside talent that might not be exactly what you're looking for.

I have been working at Fidelis Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Close knit coworkers
    Work as a team
    Usually a relaxed atmosphere
    Salary and benefits are okay

    Cons

Over the years the atmosphere has changed to where you feel micromanaged
Job uncertainty with recent announcement the company was sold to Centene
I believe there are too many directors, managers and a new supervisor every week! What company does that?
Management will give directions on what the outcome should be in a difficult situation, but no one wants their names associated with the response that is given
There is a great lack of communication at the company

    Advice to Management

Listen to what your employees are saying especially when you mandate them to do a survey
Seek out the individuals who are shining stars in your company and reward them, not based on friendship or favoritism

I worked at Fidelis Care (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent benefits. Coworkers can be great. Good pto accrual.

    Cons

Hourly pay. Micromanagement. Extremely busy work- most supervisors will not always have the time or inclination to help/ teach you and there won't always be a straightforward way to assist customers. Quotas, timed breaks (20 TIMED mins max per 8-9 hour days) and 30 minute lunch breaks on busy days. High turnover.

    Advice to Management

Have more management available to assist. It's not considered babying to make sure your new employees learn how to address the issues our customers are facing, as one manager stated.
