    Pros

Decent benefits, PTO, and paid holidays

    Cons

Micromanaging, management teams care little about the patients

    Advice to Management

Promotions shouldn’t necessarily go to those who are most senior. Set up better training for inbound customer service reps

    Pros

The pay is ok but good luck getting a raise. Before we had quarterly incentives now they took that away so I’m not sure I have any positives anymore.

    Cons

The merger with centene raised our premium for employee coverage. They no longer hire from within it seems. Before the talent acquisition would folllow up on an interview but now it’s harder to move within the company. Less positions are available. They became mode strict and faster to write up. Took away our quarterly incentive and are making it a competition to get an annual. With all the changes many people are leaving this company. Management is terrible supervisors are not knowledgeable.

    Advice to Management

    Train your supervisors .

I have been working at Fidelis Care full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The people you work with.

    Cons

They hire you but the training is horrendous, they do not train you well. You are expected to know it all and take calls, but arent given enough time to practice. The members are rude and nasty, they dont have anything to help you and you have to take the verbal abuse. Its hard to find help, you only have one team lead and one supervisor per team, and when someone calls or comes to them you have three people standing there and the team leads are always on the phones. Theres 25 people per team and they all hound the team lead or supervisor and you have to go find someone else to help you, how???? If there's no one there and its busy???? no direction given, you never meet with the rest of the team and feel lost. You are supposed to give great customer service to crappy people, and when you fail a call you dont get to meet with anyone or meet 2 months later. If it's so busy, get more help!the ratio makes no sense, this isnt school but a business.

They dont pay enough for people to stay, everyone is leaving to healthfirst. They keep you in a line of business till you are worn out and hate your job and hate yourself for working there. You arent appreciated for your hardwork by the managers. The q q q is all they care about, they never listen to you and the suggestion box is a waste. And now you have to come on Saturdays, it wasnt on my contract when I got hired. You never get promoted unless you suckupto up management. The ones who are always talking and laughing with the managers are the ones who never do any work and when you approach them they act like you are a bug on the floor or annoying them.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should be fired, maybe they should be on the phones too to feel what we feel.

Have more people available to help, more people walking around to answer questions. I have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for my supwervior or team lead to help me, that's not fair and you say members are our priority.
