I have been working at Fidelis Care full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Really love where I work. It seems a lot of people complain and I get it. Maybe I just have a higher tolerance for things than others, but if you're willing to go in, work hard and tune out all the BS that exists at literally EVERY other company you will be fine. My management has been great across several departments. Work is not micromanaged and recognition is given. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but so many negative ones are unwarranted. Fidelis has been a fantastic place for myself and my career

    Cons

Policy is lacking, especially as many have noted regarding work from home. This may change with the acquisition. Although I get the idea behind pods for seating to promote collaboration amongst teams, I prefer cubicles for office seating.

I worked at Fidelis Care full-time

    Pros

I worked with many dedicated people; company was expanding rapidly and struggling to bring in enough people and update processes to match the work load. Pay was higher than expected.

    Cons

I was one of those people let go just before the end of the 120 day probationary period. My supervisor had only positive things to say about my work until about 1 week before I was let go - and of the two 'deficiencies' mentioned, only one was actually observed by my supervisor the other was just told to him. I feel like I wasn't given an opportunity to improve my performance. Additionally, after I was let go it took several months to get all my owed pay.
Other cons include poor work life balance, no work from home policy, and HR policies that make hiring good talent harder. Also, top management has specifically instructed managers to write good reviews on Glassdoor to counter the negative reviews.

I have been working at Fidelis Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free coffee, no shared desks, no late nights or weekends - unless working "overtime" on Saturdays.

    Cons

Parking is horrendous, does not offer working from home, only scheduled for 37.5 hours, management is clueless and does not want to assist if you are not on their team.

    Advice to Management

Hire more qualified people and stop letting your managers sit around for 8 hours gossiping with other managers.
