I have been working at Fidelis Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Salary is good that’s all I can say!

    Cons

No training whatsoever! Expect you to figure things out on your own. Have to learn the systems and learn how to do things the “Fidelis” way all on your own. But you better not make ANY mistakes because then you will be written up!! Management is aggressive, don’t take any accountability for anything. Will throw you under the bus in a heart beat. Also HR is a joke don’t waste you time complaining nothing will be done except you will now be the target of your department! Run away as fast as you can or make the worst mistake of your life!! So many people tried to warn me and I didn’t listen. I was enticed by the money!! Well I’m leaving this toxic place and I’m taking a pay cut!! A peace
    of mind is priceless!!

    Advice to Management

Support your team or you will continue to lose valuable people.

I worked at Fidelis Care full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good amount of PTO. Pay is ok. Before centene merger moving up within the company was a breeze

    Cons

The supervisors did not care about their job much less the employees. All the supervisors in member services were extremely unprofessional in more than one way. After the merger with Centene, upper management kept people that should have been fired. There was supervisors sleeping with the representatives on their team, supervisors about to fight in the parking lot with strangers. It was a very hostile and disturbing environment. Also after centene, the quarterly bonuses stopped and the annual raise was a joke. Team leads did whatever they wanted as well as supervisors. Very unorganized place to be.

    Advice to Management

Hold supervisors to the same standard that MSA and MLTC reps are held to. Get rid of problematic people. Don’t hide important information that effects employees benefits.
