I have been working at Fidelity International full-time

    Pros

Good work life balance but this is due to there not being enough work and too many staff trying to do the work. Too many passengers being carried

    Cons

Way too much red-tape and bureaucracy, getting changes implemented is a very long process and by the time it gets to market everyone has forgotten why they wanted the change

    Advice to Management

Streamline, remove the management layers and make it more of a quality organization rather than quantity
