I have been working at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has excellent benefits, feels like pay is above industry average and it lives up to what it says, there is a lot of integrity there.

    Cons

It needs to continue to promote more woman and find more diversity of employment.

    Advice to Management

It's time to live up to the idea that you are one Fidelity. The experience for employees and our clients is that we are still segmented in a lot of ways, makes it confusing for our clients.
