Training is great, support is great. Fidelity can't hang on to talent. They maintain folks who can give all their blood and never provide recognition

Constant negative feedback, never happy even when you have great results. Most employees are miserable

They have great benefits, will match 401K after 1 year of employment. The pay was good and they had some great options for bonuses and some overtime.
Cons
Was very stressful. The training was very long and yet was somehow left feeling like I barely knew anything. Felt very sink or swim. They want you to try and completely resolve all of the issues for the customers without having all of the resources and are very hesitant to allow a manager take over a call for some reason.

Exceptional benefits for a starting position out of college. With bonus and benefits you can bring in 65-75k right out of school. They have ample overtime at time and a half

They have a very regimental method for advancement. Essentially, if you don’t fit into a specific box and have your managers approval, you will never advance to another position
