    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Fidelity Investments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Work-life balance (team wise)
    2. Cab facility

    Cons

    1. Indian team only a data munching team for US , no strategic work here
    2. HR only for name sake - power don't like there but to your team managers
    3. Your manager controls your destiny, no matter how hard/ smart you work
    4. Skip level meeting only for goals fulfillment- as upper management don't really care what you are doing, whether you like your work or not , if your manager treating you well , blah blah blah
    5. Your feedback w.r.t anything / anybody don't really matters to management
    6. They don't really care about attrition at starting analyst levels
    7. You won't actually learn anything new here , but will surely forget what you learnt in your previous organizations as the work is so pathetic . They choose good people but give them dirtiest of work

    Advice to Management

Management better try to take and really act on feed backs from people , have skip levels , act on complaints , try to read exit interviews to get a better idea why so many people have left in such a less time period .
