    Pros

    Benefits are awesome. Lateral movement is encouraged . Very Good talented people to work with. Awesome 401k and profit sharing.

    Cons

    Difficult to get promoted . Some teams are worst to work . No training structure. Talents are not taken care of. Too much politics.

    Great company to work for in corporate.
    Great food that is subsidized
    Pay is above average compared to other internships in the area
    Company culture is laid back and everyone is friendly to one another

    Air conditioning doesn't work too well at times and office can get hot

    Mid-level management really cares about the employees. I feel like I am genuinely cared about.

    Cons

    I'm not exactly sure... like any place, there are some drawbacks (call center has its own challenges, but I don't think that is specific just to Fidelity)

    Pros

    Very good company with strong values. Very good benefits and a lot of locations for registered and unregistered associates.

    Cons

    Promotions are based upon performance with very little regards past outside experience.

    Advice to Management

    Take a hard look at how they value outside experience after an advisor or associate has learned the Fidelity Culture and approach to providing investment services.
