    Pros

Great place to learn different legal topics across a number of states, lots of autonomy, new challenges constantly. The office is taking more initiative to create fun opportunities outside the office, which is greatly appreciated.

    Cons

Managing styles vary so if you get moved to a new manager it may take time to adjust

I have been working at Fidelity National Financial full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I was hired here right out of law school in 2014. The work is interesting, varied, and keeps you busy. I've had the opportunity to travel. Every boss I've had is very easy to work with - they expect you to work hard, but they also understand the need for work/life balance. People who work hard get fairly generous raises. No billable hours, which is great for a law job! The office is very young (under 50) and pretty laid back. The opportunity to grow in your career is available if you're willing to work hard and maybe move out of Omaha - It's a F500 company with offices all over the country, and I know quite a few attorneys who either had to move for a spouse's job or just wanted to try something new who were given another JD-required or preferred position in their new city.

    Cons

Benefits are good but not great - they have a 401k match and an employee stock program and affordable health insurance options. PTO and sick leave are pretty standard for professional jobs. There is no maternity leave, but the Company offers short term disability at a reasonable rate.

    Advice to Management

More transparency in how decisions are made - sometimes attorneys are moved between teams without much explanation, which has caused frustration for some.
