    Pros

Great job, really enjoy coming to work. Needs more upper movement.great location and downtown access was great. Continue to train well

    Cons

Needed more direction in the company. Upper movement is hard to come by. Would encourage them to have options for that.

    Pros

The earning potential and benefits are great.

    Cons

It's very "Corporate America" feel, but that had a lot to do with the former management and how things were run. I know it its now under different management, so it may be a different story.

I have been working at Fidelity National Title full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I actually really love it here, I'm not sure what these bad reviews are about. Maybe I haven't been here long enough.

My supervisors are nice, their supervisors are nice, and I haven't really met anyone I haven't liked.

My bosses genuinely seem to care about our well-being and ask our opinions when they want to change up our process. And if you say you don't like it, they actually listen! It's pretty awesome.

Also, there's bagels on Fridays, which is sweet.

It's my first "big girl" job, but the benefits are awesome and the people are really nice.

    Cons

My specific position can get boring sometimes, but that's just kind of its nature.

The culture here is a little Stepford-wife-y. I don't think they do it on purpose, just everyone is trying to be nice and make small talk, but it did feel very odd to me when I started. HOWEVER, when you actually start getting to know people they are very genuine.

    Advice to Management

Honestly I got nothing. This is the best job I've ever had. :) I love the social outings you organize and the little things you do to make people enjoy working here!

I worked at Fidelity National Title full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Nice and friendly co -workers good benefits great salary's. Working hours are flexible. Security sign in to the building making the work days secure. Great PTO time off. Geat vacation time off which is calculated per paycheck.

    Cons

Being over 30 years or older is a bad thing in the job. You are considered useless if you are over 30 years old. The older employees with age and knowledge are written up on trumped up findings in their work making the person scared of losing their job.

    Advice to Management

Don't throw your older employees out like the trash they are good employees understand where they're coming from understand once they train the young employees that they are also valuable.
