    Pros

    Worked there for almost a year. they have fun things for the employees like buffet lunches and whatnot. The benefits are good !

    Cons

    very disorganized and not at all flexible. the policies are unclear. you get different versions of the company policies from each manager and floor support. The environment is not at all cohesive. training was horrible. does not prepare adequately.

    Incredible management, great team, achievable stats, and knowing that a mistake will be corrected by helpful coaching.

    Cons

    Adherence to schedule affects bonus. This wouldn't be a problem if breaks would change automatically when a re are stuck on calls with customers...

    I worked at Fido (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Working as a sales associates do help you improve customer service experience. Besides, by solving customers issues, you understand how to use professional manner to ace all the questions.

    Cons

    It is stressful if you can not achieve the quota. Sometimes there are some crazy customers that just want to argue with you and you have to control yourself.
