I have been working at Fiducial full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Small entrepreneurial firm in US which allows exposure to more areas of the firm to learn the overall business better. Backed by the high profile European firm. Management is strong, employment is stable, improvements are ongoing, and management is open to collaborate.

    Cons

The business is smaller in US but growth plans are in place

I have been working at Fiducial full-time

    Pros

There are a lot of interesting projects, the crew are great...

    Cons

The management, they don't focus want really need to be done in order that employees can do their job efficiently. They have little respect (rather none) for the employees.

    Pros

    Hum... location? Maybe? At most

    Cons

Don't even k ow where to start.
Managing partner rarely at the office. Doesn't seem to care much about his staff. Leaves it all to 2 managers who micromanage and don't know how to create team momentum.
Workload is crazy and manager are disrespectful.
    Negative people in general.
Not a very people oriented company.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff
Teach team managers how to lead by example
    Teach managers ethics

We are sorry that this was a bad experience for you. Our Fiducial Jade location in NY is going through a transition. This takes time. Sorry you won't be with us to see this come to fruition.

"Take a look at your leadership team!!!"

    I worked at Fiducial full-time

    Pros

Good leave time, some people are nice to work with, work-life balance

    Cons

There is no diversity in leadership. Senior leadership needs to take a hard look at what their leadership team looks like - there is no diversity! There are diverse employees that are more than capable with the right experience to be in leadership positions. Why have they not been promoted? There are EEOC laws and regulations that need to be adhered to and they are not being adhered to.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within! Stop hiring these incompetent dictators with no people skills to lead a team. They will bring the company down. No one will tolerate mistreatment. People need to be respected and if you don't respect your employees there will be consequences for your unlawful actions. When I worked for Fiducial, I saw so much mistreatment, disrespect, and incompetence from a manager, that I had to leave. Do something now before all of your good and competent employees start leaving.

    I worked at Fiducial full-time

    Pros

    Met some great people (non-management).

    Cons

Leadership in company fails to understand US culture on virtually all levels, especially how to treat employees and the importance and value of the HR function. They are a "reactive" not "proactive" culture that runs the US EXACTLY as they run France, which apparently we heard, worked great for France, but did not equate to success in the US. Turnover rate > 40%.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating employees like they should just be "happy to have a job". You are in an entrepreneurial country who believes in rewarding their employees for jobs well done, and in saying please and thank you on a regular basis. Employees expect cost of living raises every year - but those who who perform above average also expect to receive raises.

Freedom - if you like to work without any supervision, and have no reviews on the work being done - this is the place for you.

    Cons

Quality work is not recognized nor respected. Work is haphazard and inconsistent. Communication between management and employees is nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

Manage. Have some respect for both employees and clients.

    Fiducial Response

Apr 13, 2017 – Sr Manager, Employee Relations
