    For each of my 10 years I became more and more stunned by how unethical the management team is.

    Get a lawyer. You'll need one one day.

    Interview questions seem to be irrelevant and a waste of time. Should let employees work from home on a as needed basis or more permanently.

    Management promised a lot and did very little. Promoted those who kissed up versus those who performed and had too many levels of management.

    Provided the ability to drive projects and create a working environment that allows you to perform at your best.

    Cons

    Training and development is the sole responsibility of the individual. The finance organization do not offer any formal or continuous training.

    Management is only concern with meeting revenue expectations. No focus on employee engagement.

    Advice to Management

    Great opportunity to get your feet wet, but I wouldn't consider this career opportunity long term.

    Pros

    Great place to work! Great team, supportive environment, pleasant people to work with. Senior level managers and directors are interested in your point of view and keen to know how to improve the business. Good balance between corporate and fun culture. Pay is more than average pay in Cincinnati. + bonus and benefits are great. One of the best buildings in downtown cincinnati with a great location. It is right by fountain square so there is always buzz around!

    Cons

    Too many meetings to attend. Depending on which team you work for, work load would vary. Can't think of any cons other than these. It is one of the best places to work in Cincinnati!
