    good place to start career, great training good people who care.

    Cons

    banking has a lot of turn over, one day your top of the group and the next your gone.
    it's all about the numbers

    They are understanding of family needs, you can move throughout the region. Promotion is from within so you have the opportunity to change career paths within the company.

    Cons

    Pay is moderate, based on what industry standards are and not on level of education. Upper management not very approachable.

    Advice to Management

    Realize that the bottom level employees aid in your salary pay. Without the success of even a branch teller, then you remain unsuccessful.

    Lots of opportunities to volunteer in community, lots of area of advancement until you reach a certain level

    5/3 is based out of Cincinnati, only retail positions located in Columbus

    Good benefits
    Shift premiums
    Allowed overtime
    Can swap shifts
    You have the same days off and work the same hours.
    There is a work atmosphere that they care about you and your just not another employee

    Cons

    Call center job so you get a lot of mad people
    Depending on your supervisor hard to move in company
    Hourly pay
    Biweekly pay

    Advice to Management

    Don't just go off of ratings of OSAT and Quality. You could miss out on some good employees for promotions

    Old systems that make the banking processes very difficult for the employees and the customers.

    Need to implement better upfront training for the new associates.

    Great team and management. Good benefits and pay. Great opportunities for bonuses if you have manager to help and train you right

    Severely understaffed at bank center for over a year and no plans to hire

    Hire staff so you don't burn out the good employees you do have

    The benefits were top notch. They had a very thorough training program to acclimate you to the banking world.

    Cons

    The schedule could be very bad if assigned to a Bankmart. Weekends and nights were very common.

    Pros

    Good Training programs. Decent work life balance. Reasonable benefits. Improved work culture with many opportunities to further your career and education.

    Cons

    Tight staffing models make it difficult to have a fully staffed financial center without borrowing from other centers. Some of the operation systems were a bit outdated.

    Cons

    Rather large company, so it can feel as though you are lost within the waves of employees
    Working within a branch and in their retail sector can be frustrating, due to difficult customers and the transition to all online banking
