    Pros

    I worked for years at the Corporate offices in NJ, when I moved to Florida I was given the option to work form home. Lots of their employees telecommute.

    Cons

    Unfortunately the company is going thorough major changes and they have been many lay offs.

    casual (jean & sneakers) & ppl are great to work w/.

    upper mngt does acknowledged when an emp is a good asset, then again most companies don't. to many Chiefs not enough Indians.
