    I have been working at Fillmore Real Estate as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    In-house training from managers
    Familiar name, reputation
    Experienced managers
    No desk fees
    Will usually split cost of self-advertising upon approval

    Cons

    No central identity, they are in the middle of transitioning to new branding, logo, signs, flyers disorganized.

    Weak social media presence

    Advice to Management

    Consolidate management
    Finish transition to new branding
