Pros

Great industry, cutting edge tech, leaders who listen and care, relationship driven mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, global reach and view, amazing personal growth opportunities, great pay & benefits package backed by one of the worlds largest banks. I don't know what more you could want in an opportunity.

Cons

Niche vertical combined with complex business model. This presents some challenges to scale. Not really a con, but it requires focus to tackle large scale problems.

Pros

Personal attention to staff needs, flexible, responsible and fun to work for.

Pros

Lots of terrific colleagues who are fun, smart, dedicated, focused and kind – the type of people with whom one wants to work. The company sponsors monthly events that help shape the excellent culture. Both on and offsite, the outings are truly fun and a great change of pace among busy work days. The office stocks everything from organic fruit to snacks (both healthy and indulgent!) to beverages to breakfasts (cereals, granola, oatmeal, etc.) - all free to employees. The benefits package is wonderful, including a very generous 401(k) contribution and a more than fair number of paid holiday, personal, sick and vacation days.

As the company continues to grow, some folks are spread thin…

Pros

Fast growing with executive leadership making the right changes to ensure the company excels. Product enhancements and corporate culture are at an all time high. I can't wait to see where we are in another 6 to 12 months. Enterprise clients are making a huge difference in the corporate strategy and product direction.

Cons

Fats growing = long hours and hard work. The company does a great job of providing company events, ample food and beverages and a good culture to keep morale high, but if you don't like to work hard/play hard, this might not be a good fit for you.

Pros

Over the past year or so, FilmTrack has evolved into a wonderful place to work. Although change can be difficult, certainly when you're in the middle of it, the changes enacted at FilmTrack have all been for the positive. The management team appears to have focused on organizational health, having weeded out toxic employees (see negative reviews below), improved the benefits, processes, transparency, pay and general work environment. There are company sponsored events every month that are a lot of fun and have resulted in an noticeable improvement in morale.

Cons

FilmTrack is growing and as a result at times it feels that we are resource starved. There are currently a number of open positions that couldn't be filled fast enough.
