Horrible pay, they pay you 30 DOLLARS daily if you show up, plus commission. You work for 10 hours and barely have time to do anything. My second week in the manager straight out told one of the trainers that she'll be in the field, even though she had to go to the doctor. Parking is horrible, I got fined twice because I didn't want to pay 18 dollars daily for parking. The morning meetings are the worst, everyone is just yelling and playing loud music, something you'll never want to experience at 9am in the morning. It's pretty much a pyramid scheme type industry, usually refered to as MLM. Reps usually just slave away for 10-12 hours with the hopes they'll get promoted. This also encourages a cult like atmosphere, which is reinforced by the "morning impact" meetings.

long hours no parking pay is exclusively from commission meaning the time that they teach you is the time that you aren't getting paid you get paid by the commission you get from going door to door or stopping people at subway stations coworkers are far too greedy it baffles me
