    Pros

Teams are very close. Everyone helps everyone without being selfish, also entire team gets equal promotion or bonus if all unit members work well as a group. You are forced to make friends and worth is decided by how many people like you than your actual work.

    Cons

Not very good for above average perfomers unless you are extremely good. If you are rated as extremely good, you get any amount of payhike or bonus, unimaginable for IT sector.

    Advice to Management

Individual level rating should be in place also.

    Pros

Winning cricket or football games in local tournaments beating big firms is the benchmark for success. It is believed that if you do well in one area you can be good at your work. Don't know if that can be true always. But decently successful in investments and trading area. Work involves dealing with trading professionals of Singapore and Hong Kong banks and international banks. Coding assignments are complex but good for those like challenges.

Lots of enthusiasm, more money than you get elsewhere. Working hours not high. Less travel. Flexibility to take 2 months study leave.

    Cons

Random checks, can get scolded big time if found time wasting and not sure of the reason. All have to be always alert.

I have been working at FinIQ Consulting Pvt full-time

    Pros

Some of the roles too financial. It feels like you are almost working in i-bank or on a capital markets trading floor. The topics are difficult, but with practice you can understand most it. If you are a numbers person, then this is a dream job.

    Cons

If you aren't good in mathematics, then you will always under perform and lose interest. Not a typical IT corporate lifestyle. More work load and more variety, can be seen easily as unclear job specification by some.

    Advice to Management

Hire more readymade finance MBA graduates by spending a little extra, instead of spending too much time teaching finance to software engineers.
