FINALTA Interview experience! Hi, I have been shortlisted for the 2nd round (case study) of interview with Finalta. Its a 2 hour long interview. 1 hour for case, 45 minutes working on ppt and then presentation. Anyone who has the experience of the interview please help out! I really need this job, due to certain personal covid related hardships. Any help would be helpful! Note: have already read glassdoor interview reviews

Good for people who like working with data and creating a story out of it
Really depends who you work with and whether you get along. A lot of politics. Processes are quite inefficient making work stressful and ending up in long hours

Great place to be if you love banking industryFeb 28, 2021 - Senior Analyst in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness Outlook
Compensation vs working hours - either salaries should be adjusted, or the hours should be reduced and regulated. Some people work on weekends on a regular basis and that's not heathy environment for the company.
Finalta provides you with access to the world banking industry via huge amount of data, the library of best practices and solid knowledge base. So this place would be very much appeal to those with genuine interest in that sphere. You'll love it indeed! Integration with McKinsey has its own pros and cons. Although you get access to McKinsey resources, trainings and network, they are still the ultimate owner which means in some cases Finalta doesn't have much freedom. The transitions is still in progress so hopes are the proper way of collaboration will be achieved.Continue reading

Lots of responsibility early on
Can be work heavy with no recognition , not much emphasis given on your own personal progression
