    Pros

Incredible access to best and brighest minds in the accounting profession. Very comfortable, collaborative environment. You're literally at the Board room table setting the rules for subsequent years, amazing experience.

    Cons

Steep learning curve for those who have not had a few years of technical accounting exposure as well as underappreciation for some of the exposure had (appreciate that in hindsight).

    Advice to Management

Thank you for the awesome program and please continue investing in the youth in our profession. Did not feel much exposure to constituencies outside of the Big 4, would have been nice to have made some other contacts while there.

    Pros

The FAF has provided me with great experience, exposure to accounting issues and experts, and a better understanding of the possibilities of my career.

    Cons

Not many. My prior job had twice the vacation time, which is limited for new staff but comparable to many industry positions.

    Advice to Management

    None.

Very good environment, very friendly and have training for new employees, a lot of company spirit and community, gained a lot of experience from this job

    Cons

A lot of work assigned, hard to keep on track, have to take initiative on asking for help once training is done, punctually is key.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Very relaxed but intellectual working environment. Extremely flat organization structure and friendly working environment. Great opportunities to improve writing and communication skills. Excellent vantage point on the broader role of accounting in the capital markets.

    Cons

Volatile work flow and sometimes nebulous assignments. Can be a very academic place to work, but also very interesting and rewarding.

    Advice to Management

The leadership and attitude of the organization is superb and management should continue foster a collegial, thoughtful, and friendly environment.
