I work very closely with Mike Podesto the CEO of Find My Profession, and I can say that it is one of the most successful collaborations of my professional life. Mr. Podesto clearly appreciates my work and values my opinions. I feel like I have the necessary support to execute my work effectively. Mike has very high standards of quality and customer service, and I appreciate being associated with a company that values the customer experience so highly.
Cons
Because I am a contractor and work remotely, I do not get to engage with my colleagues personally on a day-to-day basis. One of the things that makes a workplace really fun is being able to grab lunch or share a drink after work with coworkers.

Pros
It's been less than a month. But, I love the efficiency and support at FMP. Plus, the flow of work is steady and reliable. That's important for a contractor. Lindsay is very supportive and helpful. She gets back to me quickly regarding any questions I have about the resume/LinkedIn process. Love it, so far.
Cons
No place is perfect. But, I haven't run into any flaw yet. Love it!

Managers are supportive and generous with their time, both on work issues and in general. The team is kind and welcoming, despite being remotely based. Workflow is well structured, with clear customer communications. Everyone is genuinely passionate about creating a great product and delivering outstanding service around it. Customer satisfaction is highly valued. Remuneration is reasonable and paid promptly without hassle.
