I was a part time content creation intern for Find My Profession and I helped create content for Find My Profession's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages. I came up with ideas such as statuses, hashtags and CTAs for social media posts. It was a part time internship and it was a great experience. The hours were very flexible, my team was friendly and productive, I got to exercise my creative muscles in copywriting and content creation. Mike was also a great team lead and supervisor, and as such I would definitely recommend working at Find My Profession.

Managers are supportive and generous with their time, both on work issues and in general. The team is kind and welcoming, despite being remotely based. Workflow is well structured, with clear customer communications. Everyone is genuinely passionate about creating a great product and delivering outstanding service around it. Customer satisfaction is highly valued. Remuneration is reasonable and paid promptly without hassle.

Find My Profession values quality work and top-notch customer service. As a member of the leadership team, this is something that enables us to provide a positive working culture for all levels of employees. The company offers a positive and collaborative working culture where your recommendations are always encouraged. There is a great work/life balance, but with the company continuing to grow there is always a good flow of work for all team members always a good flow of work for all team members always a good flow of work for all team members. The owner is easy to work with and highly driven to ensure the company's success. You always feel as though your opinion matters and that you are an integral member of the team. Plus, being able to work remotely is an added bonus.

Not a con, but working remotely requires you to be self-driven. Also the company is constantly changing due to its rapid growth. These are things that employees should be aware of; employees need to be self-directed and adaptable.
