Flexible, caring work environment. Work/Life balance. Fulfilling. Opportunity for continued growth and development. Challenging in the best ways. Perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork. Excellent leadership.
Cons
If you don’t do well working autonomously and/or remotely, this may not be a fit.

A Company That Values You
Jan 9, 2019 - Web Content Writer in Parker, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I'm a person who works pretty independently, but I also like to know my work is valued. Not only am I well compensated for what I do when working for FMP, but I feel supported and appreciated working as well. Given the fact that I can work from home and enjoy the work/life balance that brings, I feel very lucky indeed to have found them. I even got a Christmas bonus even though I had only been working for FMP for a few weeks at the time. For most of the time I've been with FMP, I've been able to simply roll with the tasks I've been given on my own. But the one time I encountered an issue using a program I hadn't used before, the owner jumped on a screen share with me and sorted the problem out right then and there. I seamlessly got back to work with only a few minutes of stress to endure. I really appreciated that.
Cons
If there are any downsides, I haven't encountered them yet.

A Great Place to Work!
Nov 13, 2018 - Manager of Executive Resume Services in Boston, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Find My Profession values quality work and top-notch customer service. As a member of the leadership team, this is something that enables us to provide a positive working culture for all levels of employees. The company offers a positive and collaborative working culture where your recommendations are always encouraged. There is a great work/life balance, but with the company continuing to grow there is always a good flow of work for all team members. The owner is easy to work with and highly driven to ensure the company's success. You always feel as though your opinion matters and that you are an integral member of the team. Plus, being able to work remotely is an added bonus.
Cons
Not a con, but working remotely requires you to be self-driven. Also the company is constantly changing due to its rapid growth. These are things that employees should be aware of; employees need to be self-directed and adaptable.
