    Great place to work

    Pros

Very flexible. Lots of autonomy to get job done within deadlines as I see fit. Good work-life balance.

    Cons

Communication needs to improve. There are many times that important information was not conveyed to all levels of the company.

    Fire Safety Inspections

Jul 8, 2021 - Inspection Sales Representative in San Antonio, TX

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Located in a growing metropolitan area with many potential clients.

    Cons

The company's financial stability is questionable. The CEO was replaced about two years ago due to questions about accounting and profitability, resulting in many layoffs. The company was also victim of a ransomware attack before covid-19 hit which resulted in more layoffs. It is in a crowded field locally, competing with Siemens, Allied, Western Star and many others.

    Okay place to work

    Pros

Employees are family friendly, you get a bunch of responsibility, which makes you feel needed.

    Cons

Health insurance is really expensive, cannot make a living off of this job title and have health/life insurance for you family. Not really a chance for growth, like all jobs tell you they have then you see they do not.

Great company to work for. Sales is a bit micromanaged as the progressive scene is underway.

    Pros

Nothing had pros about working here

    Cons

Terrible management, barely any training, expects a lot of work from you when you are new, discrimination and HR did not help. Terrible team lead who gets away with a lot. Terrible pay, do not work here. No advancement to move up.

    Pros

Employee retention, for those that have a strong work ethic, are passionate, and eager to learn and advance.

    Cons

Health Insurance policy and pricing are becoming a lot. As PTO hours have recently been updated, there is still no graduation on PTO after 10 years.
