    Pros

Flexible work schedule, generous time off, great people to work with

    Cons

Old systems equal slower production of work; slow to embrace new technology to make it easier for the policyholder to do business with the company

Listen to the field employees and don't take so long to make requested changes especially when it means making things easier for the policyholder

    Pros

Great co-workers, generous time off, flexible work schedules, generous 401K match

    Cons

Outdated systems; too many systems required to complete work assignments. Need to cut expenses led to huge layoffs and office closures resulting in decades of lost experience.

    Advice to Management

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good hours, Flexible schedule, nice group of people to work with. Lots of vacation. Decent Medical and Vision coverage, good location downtown.

    Cons

Lack of training and career growth. Lack of feed back from management from 1st line manager all the way to upper management. So many change's going on with in the company you don't know left from right. Management's "open book" policy is a joke. Has the potential to be a great company that will be in business for another 100 years but needs to wipe management clean and start from scratch. 3 CEO's in 4 years. Company can't seem to find a direction to head and stick with it.
