Pros
Great culture. Great environment. Okay benefits. Appropriate pay.

Pros
The organization has a great culture, and really loves their employees. The organization shows a genuine interest in their people, and generally provides high quality finished product and customer service.
Cons
Firespring has gone through a lot of changes over the last few years, and there are employees who feel disenfranchised due to some of these changes. There are areas where employee satisfaction and customer service have begun to slip due to this.

Pros
Great culture. The company truly values its employees. I worked with a great group of people, and the company prioritizes hiring culture fits to ensure that is always the case.
Cons
Depending on your position, you could possibly make more elsewhere; however, work isn't all about the money, and the work environment makes it worth working there.
