I have been working at Firestone Vineyard full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedules for part time work with good benefits for fulltme employees. Sick days and paid holidays included. Firestone is affiliated with 15 other wineries.

    Cons

Tasting room associates start at minimum wage but can quickly earn more on the hourly basis. Tip earning potential is very good.

    Advice to Management

Look more closely at the skill levels of employees and utilize their talents.
