    Stable financials so no threat of layoff. Beginning to offer some bonuses

    Cons

    Management has become disconnected from the work force while they focus more and more on M&A. Declining investment and prioritization of Digital channels Multiple Marketing departments that don’t work together.

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits, offers a wide variety of careers both operational and sales related. Also has a very good paid time off allowance.

    Cons

    Don't agree with some of the decisions higher mgt/board of directors can make (example: closing of a branch that regularly exceeds its sales expectations and goals, im talking 200%+).

    First Citizens Wealth does a fantastic job finding new a great talent.

    Cons

    Terrible job retaining talent, technology is at least 10 years behind, and pay is dramatically below the going market.

    Overall, the company is a well run family owned financial institution. Excellent pay and opportunity.

    Cons

    Micro management, unrealistic sales goals, lack of presence in market and flexibility in position to be able to leverage oneself against competition.
