- management wont listen to you at all and assumes all their demands will be met regardless of how reasonable it is - no chance to move up - management constantly yell at you and with others for all matters (terrible environment) - office area is run down and unclean -no teamwork -no communication whatsoever between workers and management -bosses will never respond to your questions even though they consistently try to micromanage everyone

poor management, low salary, no double pay, no regulation, no team spirit.
