I worked at First Data full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only real nice thing is that the building is a nice design

    Cons

Poor parking is the least of your worries.

They refuse to fix problems and never really train their staff. I got a real sense of chinese whispers. Seems you only get staff there for less then a year or longer then 10.

    Advice to Management

Work proactively not reactively. I spent every day picking holes in their system and no one wanted to do anything about it. Just terrible
