I have been working at First Direct Lending full-time

    Pros

They had a good culture, we're generally positive, and wanted to do the best for their employees.

    Cons

Completely disorganized, hemorrhaged money, there was no initiative to improve processes, and there was very serious lack of transparency and communication between the departments.

    Advice to Management

None - the company closed - some of the executives fled once they knew they were going under without telling anyone else.
