    I worked at First Federal Bank (South Carolina) full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    They pay a competitive wage, encourage education, provide a good product to the customer. promote and allow good stewardship in the community.

    Cons

    stopped promoting from within in 2011. made an intiative to bring down the silos between management divisions, but just ended up making them stronger. customers may question why we change products so often, cant you get it right the first time.

    very good benefits and a generous employee loan program for your mortgage there are a number of in-house training classes offered company seems to be wanting to grow
