CFO cares only about himself and the COO is an Opportunist that also just cares about herself. The President of the bank allows them to run the show and make poor business decisions.

    Pros

Anybody who is nice, considerate and ethical ends up leaving the bank.

    Cons

Definitely a lack of communication throughout the organization. Lots of back biting. I asked for help with procedures and protocols multiple times and was treated as though I was an imbecile. Constantly watching your back.

    Advice to Management

Communication needs to be better. Also, train someone up if you want them to succeed.
