    Pros

I work with very nice people. The bosses are good and friendly. I also get along well with my co workers

    Cons

The salary is not that high, it is not considered as high industry standards. But it is okay because I have my parents anyway.

    Advice to Management

The managament style is very traditional. Uses top to bottom approach. The organization is also characterized as top heavy, most of its expenditures go to the salaries of incompetent people in the top management. Not really efficient ,right ?
