    Room for growth if you are interested and motivated. The leadership team has many years of experience and deeply cares about the services that they provide as well as their employees.

    Health insurance is high-deductible and expensive

    Nice equipment, coworkers and managers.

    Lower wages and not enough hours with the split shift.

    The manager that was there at the time was very flexible and fair.

    Cons

    They do not pay enough for the amount of work you will perform.

    Advice to Management

    Word of advice to management get rid if the transfer option or track it. WARNING!!!

    honestly there are know pros i can think of

    many,many,many management unable to resolve employee concerns . Simply put to many chiefs to Indians . management to many rules,rules,rules". Kindergarten" Its what i call a no frills job if thats what your looking for.

    Take a good look at high turnover rate . management needs to start taking there inventory.

    good benefits, good salary co workers fun.

    management needs more up beat people and more open minded on drivers reconditions about routes we drive every day.

    listen to the customers more but try to listen to the drivers even more they know the people on an personal level and the routes so when they give u options about route listen just don't blow them off.

    good training, regular work, OT Opportunities

    Cons

    Pay, amenities and benefits unequal to the difficulty of the work. Inflexible, didn't feel cared for by management. Terrible work-life balance

    Advice to Management

    Be more flexible and pay a living wage. Or at least come close to the wages given by RTD. Invest more in the employees you are scheduling to work broadly spaced doubles in a city with long commute times. Provide access to better napping areas and gym memberships
