Pros

Great benefits beginning on start date, paid holidays, ability to work from home, opportunities for advancement, on the job training, ability to transfer/train in different areas within the company, tuition reimbursement, paid time off on start date, amazing work vibe, family like community.

Cons

A lot of information to retain, extremely fast paced environment, very stressful on busy days, people can take their anger out on you, must meet average monthly phone call stats for example : average talk time (out of all phone calls taken in one month) must be 3 minutes and 30 seconds or under.
