    Pros

Great branch manager. Very flexible. Encouraged to advance.

    Cons

The only con is I had to leave due to a family illness. I wish my position was still open. Also, FM has been bought out by Huntington. I was looking forward to learning about all the changes.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Prior to the Huntington merger, FirstMerit was a great place to work with a highly dedicated and respected executive leadership team.

    Cons

FirstMerit was acquired bu Huntington Bank and things are currently in flux. Huntington has inconsistency between departments supporting working remotely or being required to reside in Columbus. This is something that should be a corporate wide culture not department by department decision.
