    Pros

This company is and was located in Amherst and is now FiServ, it's a great company to work for at the time I was employed with them- treated with respect.

    Cons

There were inter department conflicts between management yet what company doesn't have some personality conflicts between employees especially at the management level.

    Advice to Management

Reach company wide goals and not focus only on the needs of your own department or business unit

I worked at Fiserv full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A lot of food parties, associates are always willing to help. management does a great job to recognize your good work, which you are awarded gift cards. nice summer bash and Christmas parties.

    Cons

pay and benefits are not great, cheap on the raises, training is a circus, and not well organized. if your looking for just a job, instead of a career, then this might be the place for you. not much room for career advancement.

    Advice to Management

Would be nice to offer more career advancement.

    Pros

The culture and the people that you work side by side next to are amazing. Good training programs

    Cons

Upper management, Directors seem a bit morally corrupt. It felt at times that they used this as a dating website as opposed to a leadership role. Difficult to implement new strategies due to the fact that they have been there for so long, they have their way of thinking

    Advice to Management

Maintain a professional environment and focus on the business at hand as opposed to your personal interest. Listen to your employees on ideas to improve current systems and processes.

    Pros

This is a very good company and I have found it a great place to grow over time. They allow people to learn and make mistakes while gaining experience.

    Cons

I cannot say anything really bad about this company, but since the "cons" section is required in the review I will say that when the economy took a turn for the worse we all saw pay freezes for a long time in response, but so did a lot of other companies.

    Advice to Management

    keep it up
