I have been working at Fiserv full-time

    Pros

Great time off (almost unheard of these days!)
Amazing culture with monthly events and incentives
Casual dress (corporate job in jeans!)
Continuously upgraded facility, nice workstations, on site cafeteria
Flexible schedules with the option to work remote
    Work hard, play hard!

    Cons

Zero accountability!! From the front line to management, everyone is aware of the issues but no one ever does anything to make it better. It's the same conversations every week and nothing changes.
Everyone is siloed - if people actually talked to each other and understood how we all fit together we would not have as many problems. Stop being reactive and be proactive!

    Advice to Management

Hold people accountable and stop trying to cater to the survey...everyone is afraid to say anything because they want good scores. Then you won't be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on temps and overtime constantly to fix your mistakes and dig yourself out of holes. Plan ahead and do it right the first time.

    Pros

Fiserv overall is a good company to work for, but politics is heavy.

    Cons

I have been working at Fiserv full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good boss, flexible work conditions, willing to let people grow.

    Cons

Disparity between head leaders and middle management. Opportunity for advancement is rare. Corporate structure isn't rewarding hard work as individuals .

    Advice to Management

Focus on good teamwork, remember to interact with offices other than headquarters. Standardize VP management level pay with that of team managers so it doesn't leave a huge gap between those. Upper management has great plans but not great at helping the smaller teams that keep them running. Slow upward mobility if you start below regional manager.
