    I worked at Fiserv full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Loved the people I worked with in my department.

    Cons

    In the 5 years I worked there, things went downhill FAST! Employees are not treated with respect. No raises for us, but CEO gets giant bonuses for upping the stock price. No raises plus higher benefit costs every year meant I was making less money after 5 years then when I started there. Decreased shift percentage for 2nd and 3rd shift workers. Took away sick days and told us when we HAD to use our vacation (i.e. banking holidays). Took Employees Make a Difference week down to Employees make the difference DAY! I think you get the picture.

    Advice to Management

    You took a Fortune 500 company off the Fortune 500 list. Enough said.

    I worked at Fiserv full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    None. Unless you are a member of Sr Management boys club. If not you will be put in a class with no opportunities. Only members of the club reap the benefits.

    Cons

    Trying to better your career which is pretty much impossible if not a member of the boys club. Equal Employment Opportunities are pretty much non existent. This company pretty much violates every EEOC discrimination law. Can you sign "Release of Claims" for "Compensation".

    Advice to Management

    Better not go there for fear of losing your job. You must have missed or skipped your Ethics classes in college if you even went to college. Condescending Managers that should not be. Trashing and degrading employees is not part of a Managers job description.

    Pros

    People are nice, but that has nothing to do with the company!

    Cons

    Where do I begin, manager lied about schedule, every month it changes at a whim. Any small mistake you face being fired, no recognition for good only mistakes. Manager has no clue how to do her job.

    Place is filled with micro management where the low ranking employees do everything while people making alot more do nothing but ralk to each other.

    Advice to Management

    Care more about your employees and their family life. Stop with the random schedule changwes and give us overtime if you want us to give up a weekend with our families
