I worked at Fisher Arnold full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Learned a lot about different subjects. Got to meet many different people/clients and attend training seminars.
Cons
A lot of micromanaging and not in a good way. Long work hours which would not fit in to a working family schedule. Low salary and very small bonuses. Not much room for upward growth.

Decent pay, some people are nice.
Cons
Pretends to be a "Christian" company. Hostile work environment towards other belief systems and LGBTQ+. No room for advancement especially if they find out you aren't Christian or straight. Terrible insurance.

Company guarantees 40 hours+ to all employees, even the lowest man on a survey crew. Allows for growth by working with several disciplines on a wide variety of projects. Retirement match of $2000/yr or 3%. M-TH are 7-5, Fri 7-11 for a longer weekend

Memphis office is the headquarters with several satellite offices that can be tough to have under one umberella
