Meet good people to network with from working here and they will hire almost anyone entry level so it is a good starter job. Can make overtime when they are short staffed at times.
Cons
Low pay for lower level employees. Long hours. Poor management from mid to upper levels. Not offered consistent pay raises or benefits to long term employment.

Pros
Some of the people are great. Pay was fair.
Cons
This is a larger company that wants to be corporate while keeping that small business feel. People will bypass rules or policies by complaining to the right higher ups making it hard to enforce consistent policy. There is definitely favoritism in some areas and some people will throw you under the bus without a care. Management is a whole other story. If you are not perfect you will know and there isn't much in the way of going to HR in order to resolve it because they will not keep it confidential. The worst is work/life balance. I don't mind working but the expectation is to basically work whenever you are needed which on some departments can be almost all the time since they try to run them as "lean" as possible.

Pros
Nice equipment good employees Pay on time
Cons
Unrealistic expectations Terrible per diem doesn't cover cost of hotel or food. Nothing worse than traveling out of town and losing money. Too many bosses and not enough workers. Managers sit in their trucks watching you and will call you over the radio to come to their truck in the AZ heat just to power trip as you stand there getting degraded. Low wages and high expectations.

My experience has not been good this company doesn't care about anyone who isn't a manager if your hourly don't apply
Jul 13, 2021 - Leadman in Phoenix, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Honestly if you need experience and don't mind bad pay and a horrible schedule then this company is great
Cons
Honestly too many to list but here's a few the per diem is 50$ a day when you work out if town hotels are 100$ most of the time and you would think you would not be expected to lose money when your already your family not to mention food cost. They never give raises and they micromanage you with about 3 bosses to every 10 workers .

Sep 10, 2021 - Quality Assurance Specialist in Livingston, MTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You meet a lot of good people. I did enjoy the part of my job that I was hired to do, and learned a lot about things I did but was not hired to do.
Cons
Low starting pay. Pay is set at corporate, which makes it difficult to make a livable wage when the cost of living in Montana is so much higher than North Dakota. It was a toxic work environment.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Always busy, different tasks, decent pay, respectful people
Cons
Some days seem very long, very dirty environment
