    Great product, you could take a lot of pride in the food. Great atmosphere

    Cons

    Promotions kind of had that "good old boys club" feel - I saw a lot of unqualified people get promoted because it was more of a popularity contest than based on ability

    Keep the burgers great, pay your crew members a little more. You get what you pay for

    training videos for cross training, several shirts given. free meal. flexible schedule. you can have set hours. secret shopper weekly to keep you on your toes. Mandatory Monthly Meetings with doughnuts from doughnut boys.

    Cons

    If you on on the front lines, you must be on your toes. project your voice. when busy you may not get your breaks on time. when folks pull a no call no show or show up late.
